We designed this large retail park in the location of the former Bolesławiec East Train Station. On an enormous, then unused lot, we planned the one-storey building with 11 retail spaces, including one gastronomy place with its own open-air area. In the surrounding area, a car park with 195 car spots was built. We took care of the entire technology infrastructure for the retail park. It was our goal to make the architecture of the building simple and modern. The park is located in the city centre, so out of respect for the surroundings, we chose as neutral a form as possible. The building is one-storey, in an L-shape. It has a skeleton structure, made of steel, repetitive in shape. Even the colours are well-balanced: vertical silver modules of the elevation are crossed through with black stripes. It is the only element that can be deemed decorative in this project.
